Again and Again

Creating this work is a way for me to acknowledge and process my fluctuating mental states. Using a series of simplified illustrations and paper cut-outs, I bring humor and levity to the overwhelming thought patterns and inner dialogues that stem from anxiety. In each animation, my character is either experiencing a build up of apprehension and distress or finding relief from these feelings. The repetition of each animated sequence reflects this ongoing cycle.
